Each program is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of participants, providing an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive.
We aim to foster growth through physical movement, encouraging fitness, social skills, and personal achievement.
Lacrosse
Lacrosse is an exciting team sport that enhances coordination, communication, and teamwork. Our Lacrosse program introduces participants to the basics of lacrosse, focusing on skill development at a pace that accommodates every member’s learning style. Coaches are trained to create a supportive and adaptive environment, ensuring that all youth, regardless of ability, can actively participate and enjoy Canada’s Official National Sport.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. This program emphasizes hand-eye coordination, agility, and spatial awareness. Our instructors use techniques to build confidence and motor skills while promoting physical activity in a fun, low-pressure setting.
